As your listing agent, staging your home is part of my service! If your home is vacant, I will supply and arrange furniture and deco items for the staging. If you still reside in your home, I will go over everything that needs to be stored, moved and arranged to best show your home!

At that time, my photographer will arrive to take professional photos and aerials. That is all a part of my listing package! I also supply boxes and packing material for your move if you need them. And speaking of moving, I have a moving company that is amazing and will move you across town or across the country. Need your windows washed, carpet cleaned, or your house cleaned upon vacating?

I have all the vendors you will need. Moving is stressful! Ask me I know! I have moved 17 times in the last 25 years! I know what it takes to stage and sell a home. I lived in the Palm Springs, CA area for 20 years, remodeling, flipping and staging homes. Living in them during this process!

I love working with Buyers as well. As you can see, I have purchased many homes! Knowing that all homes are not the perfect fit, I can assist in making it perfect for you! Need design work or assistance in buying new furniture? I'm your girl.

I moved back to Twin Falls 6 years ago and have continued my profession here in my home town. A native of Magic Valley, I know this area and pride myself on staying abreast of economics and growth of this beautiful valley. I also work diligently on my ongoing education in Real Estate, obtaining my Associate Broker's license as well as 4 designations.
